Job Summary
Nuvo AI (Meril) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated R&D to join its Therapeutic
Division. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong foundation in cellular and
molecular biology who are eager to begin their career in research and development. The
selected candidate will be involved in laboratory-based research projects supporting
therapeutic development.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform mammalian cell culture and routine maintenance of cell lines.
• Conduct Western blotting, ELISA, and other protein analysis techniques.
• Carry out RNA and DNA extraction, quantification, and quality assessment.
• Perform PCR, qPCR, and assist with molecular cloning experiments.
• Support research related to gene expression analysis and molecular assays.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation.
• Follow GLP/GMP and laboratory safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with senior scientists and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong understanding of cellular and molecular biology fundamentals.
• Academic or hands-on exposure to mammalian cell culture, Western blotting, ELISA,
RNA/DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, and molecular cloning techniques.
• Ability to analyze data, document experiments, and present findings clearly.
• Good communication skills and a strong learning mindset.
Preferred Skills
• Exposure or academic knowledge of mRNA delivery techniques is an added
advantage.
Education Qualification
M.Sc., or M.Tech degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences,
Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field. Freshers with relevant academic
projects, internships, or dissertation experience in cellular or molecular biology are
encouraged to apply.
