Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Regulatory Affairs Executive to support regulatory documentation, submissions, and compliance activities. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and supporting product approvals, renewals, and variations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Documentation & Submissions
• Assist in preparation, review, and compilation of regulatory submission documents (CDSCO and other applicable authorities).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of submissions, approvals, renewals, and variations.

Compliance & Regulatory Support
• Monitor regulatory changes and update documentation accordingly.
• Conduct regulatory research for specific products and identify applicable regulatory pathways.
• Support license applications, renewals, and variations within defined timelines.

Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect regulatory data and documentation.
• Provide regulatory inputs during product development.
• Review packaging, labeling, and advertising materials for regulatory compliance.

Reporting
• Track regulatory timelines and submit regular updates to the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc / MSc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Good documentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Willingness to commit to a 3-year bond
