Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret NGS data and genetic variants using established clinical
guidelines.
• Generate comprehensive clinical reports and ensure timely report closure.
• Collaborate with genome analysts, laboratory teams, and bioinformatics groups to
coordinate data and resolve technical queries.
• Engage with clinicians, technical teams, and external stakeholders for project-related
information.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, reporting standards, and internal
documentation.
• Train and mentor junior team members; ensure adherence to SOPs and CAP-
compliant quality standards.
• Participate in internal R&D projects, CAP audits/activities, and scientific publication
efforts as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Human Genetics, or related fields
→ Freshers with a PhD are eligible to apply.
OR
Experience: Non-PhD candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in
genome analysis, NGS, or clinical genetics.
