Job Summary
APL Healthcare Limited is inviting applications from freshers and experienced candidates for the role of Technical Assistant at its state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility. The position offers hands-on exposure to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with strong learning and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, oral liquid, and nasal
spray manufacturing equipment as per SOPs and BMRs
• Perform in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with cGMP
guidelines
• Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Carry out equipment cleaning and line clearance activities as per approved procedures
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Support batch record review, deviations, and investigations when required
Educational Qualification & Experience
• B.Sc in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology from a recognized university
• Freshers and candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply
• Experience in regulated Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an
added advantage
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
