Job Overview:
Rebel Foods is hiring a Food Quality Assurance Executive in Indore to ensure food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance across cloud kitchens. The role includes quality checks, SOP training, audits, complaint handling, and inter-kitchen travel. Candidates should have a food technology/food science degree and basic QA experience.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards across kitchens
- Train kitchen staff on SOPs, quality, and food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and internal audits
- Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials and documentation
- Handle customer complaints through RCA and CAPA implementation
- Analyze data to evaluate regional performance metrics
- Travel across multiple kitchen locations within the city
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Expertise in FSSAI regulations for catering and food services
- Understanding of RCA & CAPA processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and training skills
- Kannada language proficiency preferred
