Job Overview:
The Jr Executive will support production operations, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, maintain safety and quality standards, assist in product handling and packaging, support SCADA operations, participate in LEAN meetings, and ensure 6S implementation.
Educational Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology/Production/Biotechnology
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control production operations
- Follow SOPs, equipment procedures, and cleaning guidelines
- Product handling and packaging as per process orders
- Ensure GMP, CCP adherence, and safety compliance
- Report non-conformities and implement CAPA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in LEAN board meetings
- Complete problem-log tasks within timelines
- Follow escalation procedures
- Maintain 6S and standard work practices
- Operate SCADA systems
Skills Required:
- Experience in Food/Chemical industries (Freshers eligible)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Ability to collaborate across teams and regions
