Job Overview:
The Sr. Officer, Production & Process Compliance, ensures flawless compliance with cGMP and GSP while supporting robust checks at contract manufacturing locations. The role includes CAPA management, detailed investigations, training, and maintaining stringent quality and documentation practices essential in food technology jobs and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and GSP at contract manufacturing sites
- Monitor shop floor activities to maintain compliance
- Conduct GMP rounds of production, warehouses, and service areas
- Review and support manufacturing and packaging activities
- Verify in-process parameters for powders, granulation, compression, coating, capsules, counter filling, and stick packing
- Provide assistance to contract manufacturers during issue resolution
- Build, draft, and review batch documents for accuracy
- Manage investigations and identify root causes
- Drive CAPA implementation and timely closure
- Track manufacturing investigations
- Coordinate cross-functional resources for investigations
- Support OpEx teams with training and verification tasks
Educational Requirements:
- Graduated in food technology and nutrition science, with experience in the food industry.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the nutraceutical or food industry. Relevant experience in QA or manufacturing functions.
