Job Description
Ristara Foods is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC (Quality Control) professional to join our team. This food technology job role involves ensuring that all raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet quality and safety standards. You will conduct routine laboratory tests, maintain QC records, monitor hygiene practices, and support production teams in implementing quality systems.
Salary:
- Freshers – ₹18,000 per month
- Candidates with internship/experience – Salary based on skills & experience
- Mode: Only candidates available for face-to-face interview are eligible to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Perform routine laboratory testing using standard QC procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation, QC reports, and batch records
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and GMP standards
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor hygiene and safety practices across the facility
- Assist with calibration and maintenance of lab instruments
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement activities
Educational Qualification:
- MSc Biotechnology
- BSc/MSc Food Technology, B.Tech/M.Tech Food Technology (Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience or internship experience can apply).
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and food quality parameters
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards (preferred)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to attend face-to-face interview and work on-site
