Job Overview:
Drive compliance with GMP, FSSA, and LMR standards while monitoring quality KPIs. Conduct in-process and online quality inspections, manage customer complaints, and ensure adherence to QMS. Generate monthly performance reports and implement defect reduction programs. Train unit QC teams and perform internal audits.
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Food Technology/Biochemistry
Experience: 3-5 years of PQE in Food technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving compliance with GRMS, GMP, LMR, FSSA, and FSMS
- Monitoring quality KPIs and improvement projects
- End-to-end in-process and online quality monitoring
- QA inspections in bottling operations as per SOP
- Quality control of ENA, blends, raw water and utilities
- Monitoring and periodic review of QMS
- GFPQS implementation and defect reduction
- Preparation of quality and performance reports
- Handling customer complaints, RCA and CAPA
- Training and development of unit QC teams
- Conducting internal audits and stakeholder reviews
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of food quality systems and GMP
- Experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality audits, documentation, and compliance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team collaboration and stakeholder coordination
