Job Overview:
This role supports Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), focusing on data governance, data quality, analytics, dashboard development, and process optimization. The analyst ensures seamless data flow, implements quality standards, enhances business intelligence tools, and collaborates with global teams across
multiple time zones.Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related fields.
- Master’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data or analytics roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility of organizational data
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
- Create dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Maintain business rules, metadata, requirements documents
- Support ETL processes and data pipeline monitoring
- Analyze trends and generate actionable insights
- Enhance data governance and data quality standards
- Work with global stakeholders for project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning, budgeting, and reporting
Skills Required:
- Expertise in SQL, Python, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica
- Knowledge of IQVIA, Veeva, digital engagement data
- Strong data governance and stewardship understanding
- Power BI / Tableau dashboarding skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong learning agility and cross-functional teamwork
