Job Overview:
The Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist will contribute scientific expertise to the design and delivery of clinical studies. The role involves executing trial activities, collaborating with internal and external partners, contributing to study documents, reviewing clinical narratives, supporting data review, developing training materials, and ensuring alignment with
protocol requirements. The position may also serve as Clinical Trial Lead and co-lead cross-functional meetings.Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences: MD, PhD, MS, RN, or related scientific field
- MD-Pharmacology preferred
- Competency in medical writing, clinical data review, GCP/ICH principles, and study design
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and support clinical trial activities
- Collaborate with KOLs and external partners
- Conduct literature reviews and prepare TMF submissions
- Develop protocols, ICF documents, amendments, and training materials
- Monitor clinical data and identify trends
- Ensure CRF design supports accurate data collection
- Contribute to CSRs, IBs, DSURs, PSURs, and other regulatory documents
- Support governance presentations and development team meetings
- Apply GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical operations knowledge
