Key Responsibilities
The CTA is essential for ensuring the administrative and operational readiness of clinical trials.
- Study Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of study documents, including informed consent forms (ICF), case report forms (CRF), and study logs. Maintain study files, both physical and electronic.
- Site & Regulatory Support: Coordinate with study sites to ensure smooth study execution. Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, progress reports, and study closure documents.
- Logistics & Data Management: Manage study supplies, lab samples, and other study-related materials. Perform data entry and data management.
- Patient Activities: Assist in patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with study teams, Investigators, and sites.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in clinical research.
Required & Preferred Skills

- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel and clinical trial management systems.
