Key Accountabilities

- Project Delivery Management and Oversight

- Reviews: Participate in formal staff review processes (e.g., performance and salary reviews), an aspect closely aligned with the role of a clinical manager.
- General Operations and Business Development
- Compliance: Maintain a working knowledge of, and assure compliance with, applicable ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, and Parexel SOPs.
- Administration: Complete routine administrative tasks (e.g., timesheets, training, travel expense claims) promptly.
- Business Support: Where appropriate, participate in and contribute to Project bids and client presentations. This responsibility reflects the versatility required of a clinical manager.
Essential Qualifications and Expertise
This clinical manager role requires significant industry experience and foundational scientific knowledge:
- Education: Educated to degree level (biological science, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical experience.
