Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scientist – Cell & Molecular Biology to
support molecular cloning, protein expression, and mammalian cell line development for
IVD applications. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, process optimization, and
close collaboration with senior scientists to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform gene cloning, vector construction, and validation.
• Conduct protein expression in E. coli, insect, and mammalian expression systems.
• Carry out small-scale protein purification and basic characterization.
• Develop and maintain stable mammalian cell lines.
• Optimize expression conditions and experimental parameters.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, SOPs, and experimental documentation.
• Support technology transfer, scale-up activities, and method standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life
Sciences, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cell & molecular biology laboratories (industry
or research).
• Experience in molecular cloning, protein expression systems, and mammalian cell
culture.
• Knowledge of protein purification techniques is preferred.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
