Job Description
VINS Bioproducts Limited is hiring an IPCA (In-Process Quality Control Analyst) to monitor
and ensure quality compliance during manufacturing and processing activities. The role involves real-time quality checks, documentation, and coordination with production teams to maintain product standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing operations
· Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs
· Collect, test, and record in-process samples as per quality guidelines
· Identify deviations and report them to QA/QC for corrective actions
· Ensure adherence to GLP/GMP and safety standards
· Maintain accurate IPQC documentation and logbooks
· Coordinate closely with Production and QA teams
· Support investigations and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
· Hands-on experience in in-process quality control or production quality
· Good understanding of IPQC/IPCA activities in biotech or pharma settings
· Knowledge of GLP/GMP and in-process documentation
· Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills
· Ability to work in shifts and shop-floor environments
Qualification
· B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or
related Life Sciences / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Chemistry
