Available Positions:
Project Scientist-II (one Post)
- Emoluments: ₹ 67,000/- plus 27% HRA per month
- Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or related field with at least three years of research experience. Candidates with an M.Tech in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics and five years of relevant experience can also apply. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in biocontrol formulations, molecular plant-pathogen interaction studies, microbial genomics, peptide design, and microbial formulations with publications in SCI journals.
- Age Limit: 40 years
Research Associate-I (one Post)
- Emoluments: ₹ 58,000/- plus 27% HRA per month
- Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/ Bioinformatics or related field. Candidates with an M.Tech and three years of research experience with a relevant publication are eligible. Preference for candidates with expertise in computational biology, genome assembly, annotation, and GWAS analysis, with knowledge in Python, R, and Linux.
Additional Information:
- The positions are temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- Initial appointment is for one year, extendable based on performance.
- Reservation as per Govt. of India norms.
- Appointment may be terminated with one-month notice by either side.
