Job Description:
The selected candidate will work on an industrial project in collaboration with inStem. The primary objective is to evaluate and characterize drug candidates using advanced 2D and 3D cell culture platforms. Responsibilities include investigating drug effects on mitochondrial function and related cellular processes, contributing to the development of innovative therapeutic strategies. The role offers the opportunity to work at the interface of industry and research, involving experimental design, execution, data analysis, and collaborative reporting to achieve project milestones.
Available Positions:
Junior Research Fellow
- No. of Post: 01
- Salary: Rs. 31,000/m + HRA (Net Qualified) or Rs. 25,000/m + HRA (Non-Net Qualified)
Essential Qualification:
- Integrated master’s degree in molecular biology.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience with demonstrated skills in:
- Primary cell culture, microscopy, molecular biology techniques, and cell-based assays.
- Data analysis, project updates, literature surveys, and scientific presentations.
- Scientific writing, including preparation of reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reference management tools.
- Skilled in data interpretation, organization, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of experimental research using 2D and 3D cell culture systems
- Evaluation of drug effects on mitochondrial function
