- M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience

- Provide technical troubleshooting and applications support to customers and sales teams
- Diagnose chromatography-related product and method issues
- Support customers using HPLC, SPE, and LC-MS/MS techniques
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical inquiries
- Assist with creation of technical and training collateral
- Perform hands-on laboratory work to support application development
- Communicate solutions clearly through written and verbal channels
