Key Responsibilities
The Production Officer is responsible for the hands-on execution of protein purification and sterile cleaning processes in a GMP environment.
- Upstream/Downstream Processing:
- Buffer preparation for small and large-scale operations.
- Operation of crucial systems: Chromatography systems, TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) systems, Virus Filtration System, and DS filtration for protein purification.
- Sterile Processing & Cleaning:
- CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) of chromatography systems, TFF systems, and process vessels.
- SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) of TFF systems and process vessels.
- Operation and maintenance of the sterile and decontamination autoclave.
- Quality & Documentation:
- IPQC operation of buffer and protein intermediate samples.
- Preparation, execution, and maintenance of SOPs, BPRs (Batch Production Records), and qualification documents.
- Review of executed BPRs.
- Raw material and consumables inventory planning and maintenance.
- Coordinate with QC/QA teams on day-to-day activities.
Job Requirements: Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduation in Biotechnology.
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years of relevant Work Experience.
