About the Project
The “A multi-centre, multidisciplinary collaborative study on the impact of climate
change on brain infections – Climate change and Brain infections in India or CLIMB – INDIA” project is a multi-centre, collaborative study sanctioned by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). It aims to assess how meteorological shifts—such as rising temperatures and erratic rainfall—influence the epidemiology and severity of brain infections across India.

The following positions are open for a purely temporary, contractual term:
Project Technical Support – III
- Posts: 01.
- Monthly Salary: ₹28,000 + HRA.
- Essential Qualifications: * Three-year Graduate degree (B.Sc. Microbiology or Biotechnology) plus 3 years of post-qualification clinical research experience. OR M.Sc. in Public Health, Biotechnology, or Human Genomics.
- Maximum Age: 35 Years.
Project Technical Support – II
- Posts: 01.
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 + HRA.
- Essential Qualifications: Three-year Graduate degree (B.Sc. Microbiology or Biotechnology) plus 2 years of relevant research experience.
- Maximum Age: 30 Years.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Candidates with the following skills will be preferred for this biotechnology job:
- Clinical Focus: Experience in managing critical care, emergency, or stroke unit patients.
- Technical Writing: Proficiency in writing scientific documents and research reports.
- Data Management: Knowledge of MS Office and statistical tools like SPSS.
- Administrative Speed: A typing speed of 70–100 WPM for data entry tasks.
