Key Responsibilities
- Execute mammalian cell culture workflows
- Perform virology techniques with accuracy and compliance
- Implement downstream processing steps for biological products
- Lead and support process development from concept to commercialization
- Work on late-stage development, characterization, PPQ, and lifecycle management
- Utilize high-throughput tools, bioreactor scale-up methods, and intensification strategies
- Apply DoE, QbD, and risk-based approaches for robust process creation
- Engage in automation and data analysis for bioprocessing
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams
- Present scientific and process data clearly for cross-functional review
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant practical experience in downstream process development for biopharmaceuticals,cell culture, Virology specifically
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of bioprocessing principles
- Expertise in cell culture, virology, and protein purification
- Experience with scale-up, bioreactors, perfusion systems
- Proficiency in DoE, QbD, risk-based development
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
