Responsibilities for biology job roles include deliveriproviding flavor and claims support, conducting product evaluation, conducting ms support, product evaluation, consumer research, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, regulatory, and brand teams.
Key Responsibilities For Biology Jobs
As a member of the Global Oral Care CTI team, key responsibilities will be:
- Delivering CTI, Flavor, and Claims support for Global brands Pepsodent and Close Up across Renovation and innovation projects, as well as helping to develop new communication and strategic plans.
- Developing consumer understanding, evaluating flavor products and profiling them, substantiation and claims support strategies for projects, as well as delivering consumer research plans.
- Should have a broad category technical understanding of Biology, formulation, consumers, and consumer / sensory testing methodologies used to assess product performance.
- Interpersonal and communication skills as well as project and time management.
- Furthermore, creative mindset with ability to translate complex product information into simple consumer stories.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Strong knowledge of sensory science, flavor chemistry, and consumer behavior
Skills Required:
- Expertise in biology, sensory science, and consumer research
- Knowledge of flavor chemistry and microbiology protocols
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work across global teams and multi-cultural projects
- Digital proficiency and data interpretation
