Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread a variety of marketing content including web and blog copy, brochures/flyers/quick guides, marketing emailers, educational materials, and digital advertising.
- Conduct literature searches to identify impactful, evidence-based claims that influence HCP and laboratory decision making, ensuring all claims are supported by credible references.
- Translate complex scientific and medical information into accurate, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
- Partner closely with subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy and brand alignment.
- Support the development of value propositions, key messaging, and positioning for new and existing diagnostic products and solutions, grounded in clinical data and scientific rationale.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams across multiple time zones, including marketing, medical affairs, and product management in Europe and North America.
- Ensure all materials meet regulatory, medical, and legal standards, including correct referencing, claim validation, and adherence to internal review processes.
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all marketing materials.
- Stay current with clinical guidelines, immunodiagnostic trends, and competitor positioning to inform content strategy.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific or medical field (e.g., Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field).
- Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in Immunology or related field preferred.
Experience
- Required: Experience in scientific, medical, or technical writing ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences marketing.
- Exceptional written English skills and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to global audiences.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, accurate, and engaging messages.
- Demonstrated ability to perform literature research and identify reputable references to support content claims.
- Preferred: Understanding of marketing principles, content strategy, and SEO/AEO/GEO standard processes.
- Familiarity with medical/regulatory review processes and compliant claim support.
- Experience working with global teams and adapting content for multiple regions or languages.
