- Qualification: MSc/ PhD in Biological Sciences or Biotechnology
- Experience: 2 to 12 years
- Skills:
- In vivo PK study design, execution & interpretation
- SME/QC expertise in ADME, PK & Bioanalysis
- PK-PD & PBPK modeling (GastroPlus, Simcyp, PK-SIM, R)
- Transporter & hepatocyte-based research
- Solubility, LogD, PPB, GSH profiling
- Microsomal & hepatocyte metabolism studies
- Cell culture permeability assays (MDCK, Caco-2)
- IND-enabling in vitro ADME/PK & bioanalysis
2. Department: Process R&D
- Education: MSc/ PhD
- Experience: 2 to 8 years for MSc and 0 to 3 years for PhD Candidates
- Skills: Process development & scale-up
