Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow government business partnerships in the IVD sector
- Develop and execute market growth strategies aligned with government healthcare programs
- Coordinate with government agencies, officials, and internal teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to government tender requirements
- Oversee government contracts, documentation, and reporting
- Promote Beacon Group’s diagnostic solutions in institutional and public healthcare sectors
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline
- Previous experience working in an IVD or healthcare-related company is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry, including product knowledge and industry standards
- Experience in managing government business, including building and sustaining professional relationships with government agencies and officials
- Skills in strategy development, opportunity assessment, and project management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract management
- Proficiency in MS Office and tools for reporting and documentation
