Job Overview:
The Associate – HEVA role supports global health economics and value assessment activities by contributing to evidence generation, literature reviews, epidemiology studies, economic evaluations, and value dossiers. The position works closely with global HEVA, medical, and market access teams to strengthen reimbursement strategies and optimize patient access to therapies.
Educational Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, or related disciplines
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HEVA teams in generating robust health economics and value-based evidence
- Contribute to research projects including epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analysis, and economic evaluations
- Assist in execution and management of HEVA studies across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
- Support development of Core Value Dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams
- Maintain adherence to evidence generation guidelines and scientific standards
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and evidence synthesis capabilities
- Experience translating clinical and economic data into payer-focused value strategies
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
