Key Rosponsibility
The primary purpose of this role is to translate technical product development (CPD) insights into commercial success and to drive the Division’s business strategy.
- Trial Management (TMD Trials): Conduct trials of New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Product Storytelling: Create storylines to demonstrate the performance and efficacy of NPIs in the marketplace.
- Strategy Bridge: Act as a bridge between the CPD (Product Development) and the commercial organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications
- MSc Agriculture/Phd (Entomology, Agronomy & Pathology).
Critical Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the crop protection industry.
- Should have been exposed to commercial knowledge of the crop protection industry
- Should have good technical knowledge about crops & pests
- Should have good technical knowledge of conducting field trials
Critical Technical, Professional, And Personal Capabilities
- This role requires knowledge of crop protection trialing & the ability to present results to stakeholders. Good communication skills & presentation skills, Ready to work with a cross-functional team.
