Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc (Biotechnology) / M.Tech (Biotechnology) / Ph.D. in Biotechnology or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience in Biosimilar R&D, Cell Line Development, and Analytical Sciences preferred
Experience Required:
2–10 years in R&D Biosimilars Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical experiments and data interpretation in biosimilar R&D.
- Develop, characterize, and optimize cell lines for biopharmaceutical processes.
- Support analytical method development and validation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with process and quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with GLP/GMP and internal documentation standards.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in R&D Analytical Techniques
- Knowledge of Cell Line Development & Process Analytics
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Experience with biosimilars and biotechnology platforms
