Qualification
Master’s degree in science/engineering disciplines with specialization in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Lifesciences, Molecular Biology & Biotechnology, Biotechnology, or other related subject.
Desirable
Preference will be given to the candidates with NET or GATE qualifications and experience in computational analysis of genome sequences (understanding of substitution spectra) or a similar field.
Responsibility
The candidate joining the project is required to manage the project’s objectives (Genome composition, codon usage Bias, and mutation spectrum analysis of breast cancer genes in humans).
Emolument
₹ 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) only + 8% HRA as admissible per month.
Duration
Up to 28/09/2028 or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.
Age
Candidates shall not be more than 35 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per the Government of India Rules.
