Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare literature reviews, abstracts, posters, and slide sets working from various data sources including clinical study reports, patient profiles, etc.
- Timely preparation of publications to satisfy regulatory requirements for publication of clinical trial results, increase customer awareness of company products, and support marketing activities.
- Perform quality control (QC) checking/proofreading of above documents to meet defined expectations.
- Manage multiple assigned projects at one time.
- Obtain feedback from customers.
- Comply with and support group’s project management tool, standards, policies, and initiatives.
- Follow Novartis specifications for documentation, specifically Novstyle, templates, etc.
- Track clinical trial milestones for assigned projects.
- Maintain records for all assigned projects including archiving.
- Maintain audit, SOP, and training compliance. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a healthcare or life science related field
- Strongly preferred: PhD, PharmD, MD, or advanced degree in life sciences/healthcare
- 3–5 years’ experience in scientific writing (pharma preferred)

- Strong understanding of scientific communication and publication standards
- Ability to analyze clinical research data
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Strong time-management and multitasking ability
