Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Technology or Microbiology.
- Diploma in relevant fields is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production batches and maintain accurate GLP data.
- Report daily activities using Excel and ERP systems.
- Perform party sample analysis and quality reporting.
- Conduct food safety training for packaging and loading personnel.
- Support and face external audits confidently.
- Prepare COA reports and dispatch materials within deadlines.
- Inspect raw and packing materials for quality assurance.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and process improvements.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of quality control systems and microbiological testing.
- Proficiency in data reporting tools (Excel, ERP).
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and audits professionally.
