This ICMR-funded project focuses on: “Netrin-1 Centric Precision Therapy for Cervical Cancer Treatment using Computer Modelling, Experimental Methods, and Nanoformulation with Protein-Ligand Interactions.” The research will involve computational chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, and bioinformatics, with collaborative experimental support. This project will be conducted in close collaboration with the experimental work of Dr. Deepika
Sharma (Principal Investigator).

Educational Requirements:
First Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG Degrees (Computational
Chemistry/Biology/BioSciences/Chemical Biology/Bioinformatics or related areas)
Desirable Experience:
- Experience or interest in Computational Biology/Chemistry
- Molecular Dynamics Simulations
- Python programming
- Big data handling & data analysis
- Density Functional Theory (DFT)
- Protein-ligand interaction modelling
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct computational modelling and bioinformatics analysis
- Work on protein-ligand interactions and molecular dynamics simulations
- Collaborate with experimental research groups
- Contribute to manuscript preparation and documentation
- Support project progress with timely analytical outputs
Fellowship:
Rs. 56,000/- per month + 20% HRA
Skills Required:
- Strong research aptitude
- Knowledge of computational tools
- Good scientific programming skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets
- Capability to work independently and within research teams
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 35 years, as of 23.11.2025
