Job Overview:
The Research Associate – LBC role involves method development, method validation, immunogenicity testin
g, and PK/PD analysis for large molecules. The position requires expertise in ELISA/MSD platforms and the ability to analyze clinical study samples for regulatory submissions. This role provides hands-on exposure to advanced analytical techniques used in biosimilars and clinical research projects.Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology
- Post-Graduation in Microbiology
- Additional training/experience in bioanalytical methods or regulatory frameworks is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform method development and validation for large-molecule PK/PD and immunogenicity (ADA/NAb) assays
- Analyze clinical study samples for GLP/GCP/GDP regulatory submissions
- Operate ELISA Readers, MSD platforms, and troubleshoot analytical instruments
- Handle ADA/NAb assay formats including competitive LBA, SPEAD, ACE, etc.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for bioanalytical work
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with ELISA and MSD assays
- Knowledge of PK/PD/Immunogenicity workflows
- Sound understanding of assay development and validation
- Ability to troubleshoot analytical instruments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working in regulatory-driven environments (GLP/GCP/GDP)
