JOB OVERVIEW:

Designation: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate (A3/A4)
Location: Greater Noida
Department: DMPK
This role involves conducting in vitro ADME studies, LC-MS/MS method development, HPLC analysis, bioanalytical reporting, and supporting various assay platforms in the DMPK division.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- M.Sc / M.Tech in Biochemistry, Biotechnology
- Strong academic foundation in life sciences with 2–6 years of relevant experience in CRO or drug discovery industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In Vitro ADME Studies
- Read and understand protocols
- Conduct stability studies: liver microsomes, plasma, matrices
- Perform logP, logD, pKa, CYP inhibition/induction assays
- Conduct permeability assays (Caco-2, MDCK)
- Execute solubility studies and CYP phenotyping
Bioanalysis
- LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV/PDA method development
- Bioanalytical validation and routine analysis
- Data extraction, QC, and reporting
- Handling various matrices like plasma, tissues, urine, feces (preferred)
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Using Phoenix WinNonLin (preferred)
- Calculating in vitro parameters
- Preparing GLP & non-GLP reports
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Hands-on LC-MS/MS and HPLC expertise
- Strong understanding of ADME concepts
- Data analysis and QC skills
- Problem-solving in assay development
- Experience in drug discovery or CRO environments
