- Laboratory Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all technical and operational activities within the lab.

- Data & Reporting: Analyze and interpret complex data, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of laboratory strategies, manage the annual budget, and optimize resource utilization.
- Team Development: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- External Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with external partners and third-party labs.
Essential Qualifications and Expertise
