Education Requirement:
PhD in Biology with specialization in a relevant research area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure completion of experiments and generate accurate, reproducible data from research activities. Develop relevant models and validate outcomes.
- Supervise and execute laboratory or pilot plant experiments, including sample preparation using various methods and analysis of results.
- Organize essential facilities for research such as chemicals, equipment, and analytical methods.
- Participate in pilot plant operations and utilize outcomes for model development and process optimization.
- Support plant operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Upload detailed experiment reports on the internal portal and prepare technical documentation.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2–3 years of research experience in an academic or industrial setup.
Skills & Competencies:
- Conduct comprehensive literature surveys and critically analyze findings.
- Design, plan, and develop methods or SOPs for experiments.
- Prepare and utilize simulation models for research analysis.
- Study technology offers and process engineering documentation.
- Perform process engineering design using relevant tools.
- Familiarity with applicable research standards, guidelines, and regulations.
