Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology or Life Sciences
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in microbiology or QC operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring in clean rooms and controlled areas
- Perform Sterility, BET, and Mycoplasma testing for in-process and final products
- Maintain documentation as per GXP and GDP requirements
- Manage media handling, COA verification, and growth promotion tests
- Release raw materials, packing materials, and consumables
- Prepare EM trends and QC environmental monitoring data
- Participate in QMS activities when required
- Operate and maintain lab equipment and instruments
- Maintain logbooks and laboratory records following GXP standards
- Support sample receipt, issuance, testing, and documentation
- Work extended hours or weekends if operationally required
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of microbiology and aseptic practices
- Hands-on experience with microbiological assays
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and contamination control
Soft Skills:
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
