Quality Control Jobs – Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct IPQC testing for Albumin and IVIG on routine batches.
- Prepare DRS, logbook entries, and related documentation in digital format.
- Support preparation and testing of Albumin and IVIG drug substances and drug products, ensuring timely release with complete documentation.
- Operate and maintain QC instruments such as HPLC and GC for routine samples.
- Prepare STP/SOP/DRS documents as part of routine QC documentation.
- Perform testing for IPQC, DS, DP, and stability samples on regular batches.
- Participate in analytical method validation.
- Handle calibration, qualification, and maintenance of instruments and equipment.
- Conduct routine document checking and participate in QMS-related activities.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Relevant Skills / Industry Experience
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC instrumentation.
- Exposure to the Biotech, Parenteral, or Injectable industries is preferred.
Educational Qualifications Required For Quality Control Jobs
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology
