Available Positions
1. Project Associate–II
- Number of Positions: 01
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹35,000 + HRA
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Place of Posting: Faridabad
Essential Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Life Sciences or relevant disciplines with at least two years of hands-on experience in research, data management, or project coordination.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in biomedical or clinical projects.
- Familiarity with scientific documentation and database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, statistical tools, and report writing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support research coordination, project tracking, and reporting activities.
- Assist principal investigators in maintaining project documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under the THSTI framework.
- Contribute to operational and scientific aspects of life science projects.
2. Clinical Project Manager
- Number of Positions: 01
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 (depending on experience)
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Place of Posting: Faridabad
Essential Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in clinical trial management or biomedical program oversight.
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience managing multicentric clinical trials.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory documentation.
- Leadership skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale clinical research studies.
- Supervise project associates and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Oversee data integrity, ethical compliance, and quality control.
- Report to senior investigators and funding agencies.
3. Program Officer
- Number of Positions: 01
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Place of Posting: Faridabad
Essential Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines with at least 3 years of experience in program management or research coordination.
Desirable Experience:
- Project coordination experience within government or academic institutions.
- Strong understanding of scientific workflows, documentation, and budgeting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ongoing research programs across various THSTI divisions.
- Monitor progress reports and ensure compliance with project deliverables.
- Facilitate interactions between investigators and administrative teams.
