Position Details
- Post: Project Associate – II
 - No. of Posts: 01
 - Project Title: “Sepsis-related mortality in neonates in India: A multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional research program for context-specific solutions”
 - Location: THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad
 - Emoluments: ₹28,000 + HRA
 - Upper Age Limit: 35 years
 - Educational Qualification & Experience
- Essential Qualification:
 - Graduate degree (3 years) in Life Sciences with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in clinical research
 - Postgraduate or Ph.D. in Life Sciences
 - Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification is mandatory
 
 
Job Profile
The Project Associate – II will support the execution and management of clinical trials and research projects at CDSA, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand study protocols, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
 - Support data monitoring, document maintenance, and trial site coordination.
 - Assist in regulatory and ethics submissions and maintain study-specific logs.
 - Coordinate investigator communications and provide study-related training.
 - Manage clinical study documentation, TMF, and ISF.
 - Support safety reporting, audit readiness, and CAPA tracking.
 - Assist in shipment, logistics, and data management for clinical trials.
 - Participate in meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project trackers.
 
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
 - Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
