About the Role:
Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety? Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Microbiologist to join our Quality team at our water plant in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in microbiological testing and quality assurance within the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine microbiological testing of raw materials, water, and finished products.
- Ensure all tests and processes comply with food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results.
- Monitor and maintain the hygiene and sanitation of the production environment.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments as per standard protocols.
- Coordinate with the QA team to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Microbiology.
- 1–2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry (preferably in a water or beverage plant).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure quality compliance.
