Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate Phase I–IV Clinical Study Grants using GrantPlan or other pricing tools
- Support pre-sales proposal development with competitive budget concepts
- Act as subject matter expert for awarded project grant revisions and approvals
- Conduct post-award grant data analysis and support Site Contracts Leaders
- Ensure compliance with FMV and healthcare regulatory frameworks (FMV, HIPAA, Safe Harbor, etc.)
- Participate in strategy meetings, budget reviews, and client discussions
- Provide mentorship for Study Grant Analyst I positions
- Maintain documentation and Parexel SOP compliance
- Support department training, process improvement, and knowledge sharing
Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Biological science or related discipline
- Equivalent relevant clinical or industry experience also acceptable
Experience:
3 – 5 years’ work experience in clinical site budget development, (use of GrantPlan or Grant Manager) in a similar role within the managed care, pharmaceutical or bio-technology industries.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication & client-focused relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with GrantPlan/Grant Manager tools
- Ability to work in virtual teams & manage multiple projects
- Strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
