Key Responsibilities:
- Media preparation and routine microbiological testing.
- Conducting food and water swab tests and pathogen testing.
- Maintaining accurate records, registers, and instrument logbooks.
- Ensuring lab housekeeping and stock management of chemicals and consumables.
- Participation in PT & ILC programmes.
- Supporting quality documentation and other assigned laboratory tasks.
