Key Responsibilities
As an intern at Geist Brewing Co., you’ll:
- Assist in microbiological testing of beer, yeast, and raw materials.
- Support hygiene monitoring and perform lab analyses for quality control.
- Learn fermentation monitoring, yeast management, and contamination control techniques.
- Maintain lab records, SOPs, and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with the brewing team to ensure product consistency and microbiological safety.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry (recent graduates or final-year students may apply).
Ideal Candidate:
