Job Overview
As a Scientific Publications Record Coordinator, you will support the Publications Management Team (PMT) by maintaining accurate publication records in Aurora, Pfizer’s publications management system. Your role ensures that each scientific output meets Pfizer’s high standards of compliance and integrity. You’ll collaborate with Publications Specialists, internal and external authors, and agencies to streamline documentation, review processes, and publication tracking — a perfect fit for candidates passionate about medical writing jobs and data integrity.

Qualifications for Medical Writing Jobs:

- Create, maintain, and verify publication records in the Aurora management system
- Ensure compliance with Pfizer’s publication SOPs and standards

- Collaborate with internal and external publication stakeholders
- Support data migration, record QC, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in training, audits, and system enhancement initiatives
- Maintain documentation discipline and assist with open-access metrics
