Student Internship Position for a Period of Two Months
Applications are invited for one position of student internship in the Division of Floriculture and Landscaping under the ANRF externally funded project titled “Genomic Prediction and Genome Wide Association Studies (GWAS) for Yield and Quality Related Traits in Marigold”, in accordance with the SSR Policy, for a period of two months only. Interested students with essential and desired educational qualifications should email their complete CV, as per the attached format, to [email protected].

Emoluments Fixed per Month: Rs. 5000/- per month (As per norms of ANRF)
Essential Qualification: Students pursuing postgraduate degree in Floriculture and Landscaping / Horticulture / Biotechnology / Genetics / Plant Breeding / Genetics and Plant Breeding / Life Sciences
Desirable: Candidates with research experience in molecular work, phenotypic data collection, and proficiency in computer skills.
Terms & Conditions:
i. The internships are only for duration of two months and will end after completion of two months from the date of joining. No any other claim will be made by the student.
ii. Shortlisted students will be called for an online interview.
iii. Once selected, the student has to provide a No Objection Certificate from their present institute to be able to attend the lab activities for a period of two months.
iv. The selected student has to make their own arrangements for attending day-to-day activities at designated labs at IARI. No TA/DA will be provided for the same.
v. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
vi. Applications incomplete in any respect will not be entertained and no further correspondence will be made in this regard.
