Job Description
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy under pressure.
• Conduct research, analyze, and organize information as required.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine root causes, identify solutions, or escalate appropriately.
• Follow instructions precisely and communicate effectively to rectify problems and provide feedback.
• Investigate discrepancies, complete missing data, and resolve related issues.
• Perform assigned duties while ensuring compliance with project standards and deadlines.
Skills and Experience
• Experience: 0–1.5 years
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to key in, scan, and transcribe high volumes of data from various sources with accuracy.
• Review and verify data entries to ensure completeness and correctness.
• High attention to detail and efficiency in handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Prior experience in the US Healthcare domain is an added advantage.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Experience with data entry software or ticketing tools will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, and deadline-driven team environment.
Education Qualifications
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences or related fields
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
