This role is critical for ensuring the quality and integrity of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA). You will work closely with Mapi Research Trust, serving as a trusted intelligence partner. This opportunity offers a stable

As the eCOA Screen Review Associate, your primary focus will be quality assurance, client communication, and project coordination:
- Quality Review: Reviewing eCOA screenshots to ensure electronic implementation aligns with eCOA best practices and study requirements.
- Testing & Validation: Performing functional testing on eCOA applications across multiple devices to verify usability, layout, and navigation.
- Client Liaison: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and serving as a liaison between internal teams and clients for effective project execution.
- Project Management: Coordinating and managing multiple projects to ensure strict timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met.
- Analysis & Improvement: Conducting data analysis and generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Essential Profile: Education & Experience
ICON is seeking candidates ready to excel in a demanding clinical research job environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in client services, project management, or clinical research coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with clinical outcomes assessments preferred (willingness to learn and develop expertise is accepted).
- Skills:
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems preferred.
