Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree with 2–5 years of experience or a Ph.D. in Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Molecular Biology.
- Demonstrated expertise in protein assays, antibody validation, or immunoassays.
- Strong foundation in cell and molecular biology techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments focused on antibody validation and characterization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all experimental data.
- Perform advanced immunoassays, including Western blotting, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, and Flow Cytometry.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest antibody validation developments.
- Compile, analyze, and present research data during team meetings.
- Support high-quality product validation and creation of application tags for Thermo Fisher’s antibody products.
- Contribute to a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration.
Skills Required
- Hands-on expertise in protein-protein interaction assays (e.g., co-immunoprecipitation).
