Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, or Related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in any of the following fields: Clinical Trials, Clinical Packaging, Pharma Product Management, Clinical Supply Chain, Pharma / CRO Customer Service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Supports project manager in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
- Assists in managing timelines, deliverables, and documentation for compliance.
- Prepares study plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Coordinates internal resources and communicates project updates.
- Supports client meetings, teleconferences, and audits.
Client Support & Communication
- Serves as a key contact for day-to-day communication.
- Gathers and understands client requirements.
- Maintains strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Prepares client reports and assists in presenting project updates.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Tracks project budgets, expenses, and forecasts.
- Reviews quotations and monitors scope or timeline changes.
- Supports accurate project invoicing with finance teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinates with operations, quality, and regulatory teams.
- Communicates across functions to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
- Participates in cross-functional meetings and process improvements.
Compliance & Quality
- Applies GxP and regulatory standards to daily tasks.
- Supports documentation control and audit readiness.
- Coordinates with quality teams to help close deviations.
